My massage didn’t help my back. It’s still all knotty and making me grumpy. I need yoga. Lesson learned.
And yet, I bailed on it tonight. I got home from work late and didn’t want to do the 10pm class. So running, then using wine to replicate the post-yoga zen feeling, was my new plan. It’s not quite the same.
On this run, my hips felt fine. But my knees were twinging. Is this my massage’s fault? A new ailment to keep an eye on. Fun.
In two weeks, my life will be back to normal. More yoga. More sleep. I’m looking forward to it.
