Marathon Training Day #57: Week 8

Week 8 has begun. Here’s the plan:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 10k
Wednesday: fingers crossed for lunch time yoga (I have an after-work engagement)
Thursday: 8k tempo run
Friday: 45 minute hilly run
Saturday: yoga
Sunday: 23k (10 and 1s)

Here’s hoping it goes down as planned.
