Yesterday, it was tough to move. I’m glad it was a rest day.
Here’s the rest of this week’s plan.
Tuesday: Rest (I slept in, am still sore and have plans after work. Let’s not push myself)
Wednesday: Speedwork – 2k warmup; 3 x 1km repeats at a 6:05 – 6:15min pace with 90 sec rest (I’m doing my speedwork early because…)
Thursday: 8k with Lulu run club (Social running! It’s been too long)
Saturday: 30 minute hilly route
Sunday: 28k, 10-and-1s
I’m not looking forward to this.
