After running on Wednesday, I haven’t been able to get out and run again. I’ve been sick (a combo of a cold and stress turning my body into a rickety old thing that aches everywhere and just wants to sleep) and busy (I was working on a special project at work that was insanely stressful).
I feel bad I haven’t run this week, but I don’t think I physically have it in me right now. But after doing literally nothing on Saturday except sleep, I’m going to at least attempt the planned 20k today. And maybe do yoga. Because I don’t want to feel like a worn-out wreck anymore.
But working out might not be the best way to end this feeling. I’ll let you know.
