It’s race week. Combining that with my poor performance last week means I have an easy week planned:
Tuesday: 8k easy
Wednesday: 5k under 28 minutes (who is fast and wants to run with me?!)
Saturday: 3k “shake out” run
Sunday: AROUND THE BAY.
As you know, what I lay out on Monday and what I’ve done by Sunday rarely match. I may push the speedy 5k to Thursday and join the lululemon run club again.
Let’s see how this week goes…
