Marathon Training Day #122: Hills

Friday was yet another beautiful day. We’ve been lucky all week! After work, I puttered a bit, ate too much, and put off my run for as long as I could. The plan was 45 minutes on a hilly route, so I did what I usually do when I have hills on my schedule: I headed to Riverdale Park.

I ran up and through to Broadview, back to Carlton twice before calling it a day. I took my time and focused on my breath. The park was busy and it was great to see the city out enjoying the weather.

There’s not much to say about this one. I was supposed to run. So I did.
