I’ve been good this week. On Tuesday, I woke up and felt terrible, so bailed on lunch time yoga. But by the end of the work day, I needed to moved and skipped out a teeny bit early to make it to the yin class at Kula. It was an okay class, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the teacher, but it got the job done.
Then on Wednesday, I woke up early and got a 5k run in. Afterwards, I stopped in the park and did some ab work. I was very impressed with myself.
And then on Thursday, I got up early AGAIN and went to the 7am yoga for runners class at EnergyXchange. Who am I becoming?
I do need to get better at these morning work outs, because on days I do them, I’m less stressed, have more energy and feel better about my day. But I do miss lingering over coffee and breakfast. Maybe I should start setting the alarm at 5am….
