Did some more morning yoga today, a “yoga for runners” podcast. 20 minutes, in my kitchen. I think I’m going to try to do at least 20 minutes of yoga a day this month, see how it goes. Can’t hurt.
After work, I had 10k at a “medium” pace on my schedule. I decided to try to stay under 6:00 minute per km pace and kept a close eye on my watch. I ended up running on the street (the trail entrance I planned to use was closed and I had to backtrack), with a lot of stops for lights.
In the end, my average page was under my goal, but I was really inconsistent, sprinting and slowing, stopping and going. It wasn’t my finest effort, but I got it done.
Off to Ottawa tomorrow.
