NYC Marathon Training Week #2 – Friday

Today I was supposed to run a 30 minute moderate run. But I was out late on Thursday, so an AM workout seemed unlikely. I woke up early enough that, if I pushed, it would happen. I decided to give myself a break. Today would be a rest day. I can do my 30 minute run tomorrow. Saturday workouts are optional on my coach-approved plan, so I feel comfortable with this decision.

One day, I’ll be fit enough and driven enough to do 7-day-a-weeks. Right?
