Chicago didn’t go as I hoped.
Three weeks before the race, I threw out my back.
My run was slow and painful. But I got it done.
Excuses are lame though.
I took the rest of October off to be really, really lazy. Reset, refocus, restore, all those good things.
The plan now? 1:45 at the Chilly half-marathon on March 3.
And get down to 145 pounds.
