I plan to take this to heart and try to incorporate 30 minutes of activity into my life, every single day. As an already active person, I want to take this to the next level, however, and plan to include 30 minutes of solid sweating into my daily routine. There’s 24 hours in each day. It’s totally doable.
And if it doesn’t work, I’ll just post this on my bathroom mirror and guilt myself into daily exercise:
